Together our team has all of the skills and experience needed to improve clients' clinical, risk management and compliance processes and translate them into better operational and financial results. Progresa Health brings together a remarkable combination of clinicians, technologists and business people.


Suzanne Shaw, RN, BSN, NP, CHCE, AAS - Product Architect

Suzanne has 37 years experience as an RN with a secondary background and degree in Computer Science. Overall, she has 25 years of health care management experience. During that time she has spent 15 years in Home Health Care including 13 years as the Director of a hospital based home health agency, where they implemented two different POC systems successfully. Over 2 years experience in designing home care software for both clinical and office applications with 3M HIS. When Suzanne is not managing the enhancement requests and designing new features for the software product, she has been knows to train agency staff in use of the clinical software.


Greg Gennuso - National Implementation Manager

Greg brings 20 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, working exclusively within Home Care, Hospice and Private Duty organizations fulfilling Billing/Finance, Information Technology and Operations Management responsibilities. Greg holds a Masters Certificate of Project Management from Villanova University, which, coupled with his direct Home Health industry knowledge, provides a strong presence and resource for Progresa clients.


Colette Michna, RN, BSN - Customer Service Manager

With over 8 years of providing customer software support, Colette is responsible for directing the daily activities of the customer support department. She has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry, 20 of those as a Registered Nurse in a variety of specialty areas, along with 10 years of management experience. She furthered her career and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the area of Information Systems. Her management style, coupled with her experience in the healthcare field provides the necessary background to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
