Warren Brown - President
With over 12 years managing Home Care software companies, Warren will provide the management practices and stability that ensure that Progresa Health Systems is around for the long haul. He has a vision of disciplined, independent solutions that he continues to work to make a reality. A key to Warren's successful leadership has been his persistence and desire to always push for more for his clients.
Greg Martin - Chief Operating Officer
With almost 30 years of experience in both management and operational roles Greg brings strong executive experience along with his MBA to Progresa's Executive Team. Greg's role at Progresa Health Systems involves managing day-to-day operations including improving internal controls, standards, business processes, infrastructure and governance. Greg also focuses on managing Progresa's long term strategic planning as well.
Isaac Alexander - VP of Development
Isaac is responsible for all Software Development and Quality Assurance for Progresa. He has extensive programming expertise in designing scheduling algorithms, patient assessment tools, HR systems, billing systems and third party partner interfaces. Isaac is a certified Delphi consultant. Isaac, an honors graduate of B.C. Institute of Technology, specializes in expert decision systems, software usability and graphical interface design.
Scott Overhill - VP of Product Architecture
With over 14 years experience in the healthcare software industry, Scott has installed and supported homecare software implementations in hundreds of sites in North America. Scott has extensive training in software system analysis and design and writing requirements for developing homecare software. Scott works with clients, standards bodies and partners to assess market needs and provide a strategic focus for product advancement.
Darcey Trescone, RN, BSN - VP of Sales & Marketing
With over 12 years experience in the healthcare and home care industry, Darcey oversees business development and customer relations for Progresa Health Systems. Her background in management coupled with her experience in hospital and home care clinical settings bring a unique perspective to the sales and customer relations at Progresa. Her consultative and customer focused leadership style has been an asset to both the Progresa customers and Executive team.
